Food and drinks are almost always fun to write about, especially when you can focus on true culinary pleasure and not burden readers with reminders about calories, vitamins or macros. For even the healthiest of eaters, sometimes food should inspire delight, not mere grim determination. As an added bonus, this piece also let me discuss several cocktails!)
